I like that you are patient with everyone in the group especially when someone doesn’t see or “get it”. By excercising your patience with them, shows your empathy toward them.

Subconciously this tells evryone in the group that you care- furthering your own brand in the process through appeal to authority a liking and gets the border line people to pay better attention re-inforcing the value of the whole
